1. Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED and three years full-time, wage-earning experience in livestock
production, livestock production agriculture programs, or farm
equipment management and repair

from employment. Credential Contingency Agreements will not be
extended or renewed as a result of an employee's separation from

The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,106.02.
This is a Career Ladder position. When filling the available
positions, consideration will be given to the selected applicant's
education and experience.
The Agribusiness, Land and Minerals Division has only one
Agriculture Specialist position available. Applicants need only

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
